                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 5205 OLD
                   HIXSON PIKE, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
                   HEREIN, FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-4
                   SPECIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located at 5205 Old Hixson Pike,
                being unplatted land described in DB 3851, PG 535,
                ROHC.  Tax Map No. 100O-A-025.
               
         from R-2 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
              	   1.	That the subject property be used for a recording
              	   	studio, professional, medical or dental
              	   	offices or clinics;
              	   2.	All entrances will be off of Helena (Austin) Road;
              	   3.	There shall be a twenty-five (25') foot
              	   	site-obscuring landscaped greenery screen placed
              	   	between this property and all other residential
              	   	property; and 
              	   4.	All existing easements are retained.
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
